Surely no-one would mind if two hungry children had just one little nibble¦ Hansel & Gretel is one of the more famous Grimm Fairy Tales and Black RAT brings this classic to life with adventure, fun, music and more than a few surprises. Led by four dynamic actors using puppetry and terrific storytelling, Hansel & Gretel has been created especially for the wonderfully unique theatre space at The Gate. Hansel & Gretel is Black RAT Productions eighth Christmas at the Gate show and has once again been designed for family and school audiences in the company’s own inimitable style. A squabbling brother and sister, a house made of sweets and a witch with a rather unusual recipe book – Hansel & Gretel is perfect for an end of term treat or a fantastic seasonal family visit to the theatre.
